1. Acceptance and scope

SensiBlock provides content filtering and replacement features designed to reduce exposure to sensitive topics and personalize user experience.

We may update, add, or remove features for technical improvement, security, or legal compliance.

2. Eligibility, account, and security

To use authenticated features, you must keep valid and up-to-date account information.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may enforce session controls and device limits according to your plan.

3. Plans, trial, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers free and paid plans with different usage limits and capabilities.

When available, trial access is temporary and subject to conditions shown in the app.

• Paid plans may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed by third-party providers and subject to their terms.
• Cancellation stops future renewals and does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or explicit commercial policy.

4. AI features and limitations

Some features use AI models to generate suggestions and content. Outputs may contain errors, bias, or inaccuracies.

AI-generated content is informational support and does not replace professional advice for medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters.

5. Acceptable use rules

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or abusive activities.

• Do not bypass authentication, plan limits, or security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
• Do not submit or distribute content that violates third-party rights.

6. User content and license

You retain ownership of your submitted content. To operate the Service, you grant SensiBlock a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as required to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The SensiBlock brand, interface, code, templates, and other product elements are protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be used outside these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of Terms violations, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements.

Where available, account deletion may be requested in-app, subject to legal retention obligations.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete error-free behavior, or fitness for a specific purpose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable in-app notices.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
